Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the VirtuPoint Solutions LLC website, Agent Portal, and any related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the standards outlined below. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and access privileges.
1. Permitted Use
You may use our platform only for lawful, professional purposes related to your role as an independent contractor. Permitted activities include:
- Accessing your agent profile, training materials, and certification resources.
- Communicating with VirtuPoint support and authorized personnel.
- Submitting required documentation and updating your account information.
- Participating in approved client engagements through the portal.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.
- Credential Sharing: Sharing your portal login credentials with any other person or entity.
- Malicious Activity: Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Harassment: Engaging in harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward staff, fellow agents, or clients.
- Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false eligibility information, falsifying time records, or misrepresenting your identity or qualifications.
- Confidentiality Violations: Disclosing proprietary information, client data, or internal procedures to unauthorized parties.
- Scraping & Automation: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or interact with the platform without written permission.
- Illegal Activity: Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates local, state, or federal law.
3. Communications Standards
All communications conducted through our platform — including emails, messages, and client interactions — must remain professional, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws and client guidelines. Spam, unsolicited marketing, and off-topic solicitations are strictly prohibited.
4. System Integrity & Security
- You must maintain up-to-date antivirus protection on devices used to access the portal.
- You must promptly report any suspected security incident or compromised credential to VirtuPoint support.
- You must not bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or authentication mechanism.
5. Content Ownership & Use
All training materials, documentation, branding assets, and platform content remain the intellectual property of VirtuPoint Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or repurpose any content without express written consent.
6. Enforcement
VirtuPoint Solutions LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending access, terminating contractor agreements, and pursuing legal remedies where warranted.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of conduct that violates this policy, please report it immediately through the portal's Help Request feature or by contacting VirtuPoint support directly.
8. Updates
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
